I hope you are feeling much better with the depression. You're certainly taking the right steps. Many who are living with lupus don't realized that there is a chronic sorrow (cyclical, recurring grief or sadness that occurs with different degrees of intensity at various times during the lifetime of an individual with a serious or chronic condition. It often pops up when something brings us face to face with "what is" versus "what we think ought to be." There are a lot of losses with lupus and from time to time we have to grieve those losses.
